SyngularEdge was founded to address the growing need for a future-ready workforce, particularly in high-labor-cost regions. Despite rapid technological advancements, people remain the ultimate differentiator in driving business success.

SyngularEdge is founded by Bo Vialle-Derksen, a leader in human capital strategy, renowned for her innovative approaches to transforming HR and empowering People Leaders to drive business success.
With extensive experience as both an HR leader and a Human Capital Management Consultant at Deloitte and the Josh Bersin Company, Bo understands that people are a company’s ultimate competitive advantage.
Bo has partnered with Fortune 500 executives to lead large-scale talent transformations, delivering measurable business results. Her career has taken her across global hubs, including Amsterdam, New York, Cape Town, and Copenhagen, before settling in The Hague, Netherlands.

She holds a master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Leiden and is a certified SAFe Agilist. Bo teaches in the HR Strategy and Leadership Diploma Program at IE Business University in Madrid and Nyenrode University in the Netherlands.
